Who should be on your website project team?
A website project doesn't succeed on the developer alone. Here are the roles that need to be there — including who should represent you.

When a website or app project starts, the first question is usually: who's the developer? But a successful project needs a complete team, and every role protects part of the result.
The roles on our side
- Project manager: keeps the schedule and is your main contact
- UI/UX designer: turns your needs into clear screens
- Developer: builds the site and keeps it fast and secure
- QA tester: checks everything before launch
Most important: who represents you?
We need one person on your side who can decide, answer questions and approve designs on time. Several decision-makers without a clear order is the most common reason projects slip.
How we organise communication
A short weekly meeting, one channel for feedback, and a document that records approved decisions. That way everyone stays on the same page and the project moves steadily.
